NERVIO ART, located in Frías 59A Colonia Americana, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, CP 44160 (“NERVIO ART,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to data we collect through nervio.art (including the nervio.art/carnal section), our online store built on WooCommerce, our event reservation process, and our physical space in Guadalajara.

When you shop in our store (WooCommerce):

When you reserve an event or session (including nervio.art/carnal):

  • Government-issued ID, solely to verify your age at check-in for 18+ events. We do not photograph or retain a copy of your ID — it is visually checked at the event and not stored in our systems.

When you make a payment:

  • Your card or payment details are captured and processed directly by Mercado Pago, our payment processor. NERVIO ART does not receive or store your full card number or sensitive financial data. Mercado Pago handles that information under its own privacy policy, available on its website.

When you browse the site:

  • IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent browsing, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies used by WordPress, WooCommerce, and any analytics or advertising tools we may have active (for example, Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel).

When you submit work or apply as an artist:

  • Name, contact details, and any portfolio or work samples you choose to share.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that a minor has provided us with data without parental or guardian consent, we will delete it.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Processing and fulfilling your online store orders.
  • Managing shipping of physical products.
  • Processing event reservations and deposits, including nervio.art/carnal sessions.
  • Verifying your age for access to 18+ events.
