This website is operated by NERVIO ART. Throughout this document, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NERVIO ART. We offer this website — including all information, tools, products, and services — conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting nervio.art, purchasing something from us, attending an event at our physical space, or submitting work for consideration, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this site or make purchases. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access.
NERVIO ART is an online platform and physical space based in Guadalajara, Mexico. We:
Some products are available exclusively online. Others exist only in the physical space. Inventory may be limited. We ship internationally unless otherwise noted.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected reseller activity or incorrect pricing.
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information.
Payments are processed through Mercado Pago. We do not store your full payment card details; Mercado Pago’s own terms and privacy practices govern the handling of your payment information during checkout.
Shipping times and costs are estimated and vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Reservations for in-person sessions and events (including nervio.art/carnal) require a non-refundable deposit paid online at the time of booking through the site. The remaining balance is paid on-site before the session begins, in the payment method(s) available at the venue.
If you cannot attend, your deposit may be applied toward a future session only if you notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time, by message through Instagram, X, or the contact email listed in these Terms. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals after the check-in window stated for the event.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session (for example, due to model unavailability or venue issues). If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of NERVIO ART or our contributors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion without written permission.
If you submit work, ideas, or feedback to us (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, publish, distribute, and modify that content in connection with our platform and related promotion. We are under no obligation to use, compensate, or respond to any Submission.
You represent that any Submission you send does not infringe the rights of any third party.
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, contact us at auch@nervio.art with a description of the work, its location on the site, and proof of ownership, and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate.
All photographic and video works displayed, published, or sold through NERVIO ART that depict identifiable individuals were created with the full knowledge, informed consent, and written release of the depicted persons.
All individuals portrayed in nude, intimate, partially nude, or suggestive imagery are verified to be adults of legal age (18 years or older, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where the work was produced) at the time of creation.
Contributing artists and photographers warrant that they have obtained all necessary rights, model releases, and permissions for the use, publication, and commercial distribution of such images. NERVIO ART reserves the right to request documentation of consent and age verification at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in removal of the work and termination of the artist’s relationship with the platform.
We do not knowingly publish, sell, or distribute content depicting minors in any form.
Sessions promoted under nervio.art/carnal are in-person life drawing sessions featuring a nude or partially nude model. By reserving a spot, you acknowledge and agree that:
The model participates under a signed consent agreement covering the scope of the session and retains the right to end the session at any time.
You may not use this site, our events, or our content:
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the site, our events, or both, for any violation, without refund.
Attendance at events, exhibitions, workshops, or sessions hosted at our physical space is at your own risk. We are not liable for injury, loss, or theft occurring on the premises unless caused by our gross negligence.
Some events, including nervio.art/carnal sessions, are restricted to attendees 18 years of age or older; valid photo ID may be required at check-in. See Section 5A for details specific to life drawing sessions.
If alcoholic beverages are served or sold at an event, we do not serve alcohol to minors or to visibly intoxicated individuals, and consumption is the sole responsibility of the attendee.
Event schedules, capacity, and programming are subject to change without notice. Tickets, reservations, and deposits, where required, are governed by Section 3A and are non-refundable except as stated there or when the event is canceled by us.
We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing, and event details accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to update historical or archival content.
Colors and images of products are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will match the physical item.
Our services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NERVIO ART and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, attendance at events, or purchase of products.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of liability for consequential damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NERVIO ART from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, labor disputes, venue unavailability, illness of a model or artist, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, affected events will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy / Aviso de Privacidad, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
